Google voice allows you to make and receive calls through a app. Its best to port in a old number then it wont timeout like googles free numbers.
The settings for multi phones (which phones will ring) are on the website not inside the app so install the app then go over to the website. google voice And set which device will ring.
You have to set the network radio to receive calls in the above menu
